1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ba994 ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the ba994 website located at https://ba994.vip. By accessing the ba994 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understand their content.
• You unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, including all policies incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are the sole beneficial owner of any funds deposited into your ba994 account.

If a player is found to be under the age of 18, their account will be closed immediately without notice, all winnings will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment method used, subject to standard anti-fraud review procedures. ba994 reports suspected cases of underage gambling to relevant authorities where required.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money betting and casino features on ba994, you must register a player account. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active ba994 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Any activity carried out under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. • Enable any two-factor authentication options made available by ba994.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Never allow a third party to place bets or access casino games on your behalf.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

• Bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal — see Section 5.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ba994 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded to a player's account carry a wagering requirement. This means that the total bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount as well) must be staked a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before a withdrawal can be requested.

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion's individual terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate — check individual promotion terms for exact contribution rates.
• If a player attempts to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements, ba994 reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it before processing the withdrawal.

Abuse of Promotions

Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and may have their account suspended.

6 Betting & Casino Rules

All betting and casino activity on ba994 is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, sport, or game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing bets or participating in casino games. The following general rules apply across all ba994 products:

Sports Betting

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation; the player is responsible for verifying the final odds shown on the bet slip before submission.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, ba994's settlement rules for that sport apply. For cricket markets including BPL and T20 internationals, the specific cricket settlement rules (available on the Platform) govern all outcomes.
• ba994 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there is evidence of result manipulation, match-fixing, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected events. ba994 may suspend in-play markets at any time at its sole discretion, for example during significant game incidents or technical disruption.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market and are published within the betting interface. ba994 reserves the right to limit or restrict a player's betting activity where unusual betting patterns are identified.

Casino & Slots

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Underage access: Attempting to register or use ba994 if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one ba994 account, regardless of the name, email, phone number, or payment method used.
• Third-party deposits: Depositing funds sourced from a payment account not registered in your own name.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile financial service provider in bad faith after placing bets or claiming a bonus.

• Impersonation: Providing false identity information during registration or KYC, or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

ba994 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• ba994 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other form of financial crime in connection with the account.
• The player's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the safety, integrity, or fair operation of ba994's services.
• ba994 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or an order from a competent authority.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their ba994 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any remaining balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to request a self-exclusion period rather than a simple account closure. Effect of Account Closure

A closed account cannot be reopened except where the closure was made in error and ba994 has verified this to its satisfaction.
